Mr. Clark is a business and growth-driven CTO with a background as a professional developer and systems architect. At Yahoo! he worked with sales and technology teams to increase revenue generated by key search products. As CTO at INVESTools (a NASDAQ listed company acquired by TD Ameritrade) he managed product and technology and supported a 10x increase in market value. At Tabula Interactive, an innovative financial content startup, he was employee #6 and led the technology growth of the platform, supporting a successful $50M exit and a significant return on investment. As CTO at SignNow, Thor manages a team of experienced technologists building out the world's first online notarization platform, and the world's best online signature platform. Mr. Clark earned his Bachelors degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
