Jay Stakelon serves as the Senior Vice President of Product & User Experience at Fullscreen, a next-generation media company building a global YouTube network of content creators and brands.

Jay oversees all design and technology innovation, building proprietary software products and web and mobile experiences for creators. Previously, Jay was a co-founder of Union (acquired by Eclipse Advertising), a digital marketing and technology consultancy that built cross-platform applications for clients such as Fox Interactive, Live Nation, Lionsgate, NBC/Universal and The Walt Disney Company. Jay was also a co-founder of Volly (acquired by Location Labs), a mobile application that offered group messaging on any phone. He began his career as a front-end web developer for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Online and a freelance designer for clients that include Deep Focus, NBC, Paramount Pictures and 20th Century Fox.

Jay received his BA from Vassar College where he graduated with top departmental honors. His work has received recognition including the Web Marketing Association WebAward, Best Marketing Application by IAC, first place in Los Angeles API Hackday and first place in Los Angeles Startup Weekend.
