Dan Murillo is the CEO and Founder of Little Black Bag (LBB), an entertainment-based eCommerce company headquartered in Los Angeles.

LBB launched in January, 2012 and is loosely based on the Japanese “lucky bag sale,” whereby retailers sell mystery items of fashion products to consumers, who then trade the items among friends. LBB has brought this concept online to the US. The company has raised over $10MM of venture capital funding from GRP Partners, DCM, and various executives from Facebook and Pinterest. Prior to starting the company, Dan was a venture capitalist at Greycroft Partners, a digital media focused venture fund with offices in New York and Los Angeles. His past experience includes working as a Program Manager on the Microsoft Outlook team and investment banking with Morgan Stanley. Dan holds a BA, magna cum laude, in Computer Science from Amherst College, with additional coursework from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
