JB is the Founder & CEO of Red Antler, a branding & design consultancy that specializes in startups and new ventures.

He works with clients on brand positioning, user experience, business strategy and marketing. Red Antler's clients include One Kings Lane, Tasting Table, Rent The Runway, Sailthru and Behance. Prior to forming Red Antler, he opened the New York office of Consortium, a New Zealand ad agency, where he served as US Director. He started his career at Saatchi & Saatchi, working for clients such as Procter & Gamble, General Mills, and the award winning international launch of Air Tahiti Nui.
