Matt Hardy has a successful record of working with small tech companies, raising profits and guiding them to acquisition.

He brings over 15 years of industry experience working in both the finance and technology sectors. Hardy is recognized in the field for building company’s market capital while substantially increasing shareholder value.

Prior to joining TeleSign, Hardy served as CFO at LiveOffice, the global leader in cloud-based email archiving and email compliance solutions. Hardy led all Finance, Legal, and Human Resources operations. During his time at LiveOffice the company successfully grew resulting in the sale to Symantec.

Before LiveOffice, Hardy spent 7 years with Digital Insight, which was one of the earliest leading SaaS providers of financial software used by small-and-medium-sized banks and credit unions. As the Vice President of Finance, Hardy grew the company from $94 million to $300 million. The company’s rapid growth led to the sale to Intuit in 2007 valued at approximately $1.33 billion. Prior to Digital Insight and LiveOffice, Hardy worked in investing banking for Credit Suisse.

Hardy received his Bachelor of Science in accounting and information systems from Brigham Young University and a Master in Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
