Mark Mullen is the Founder and Managing Partner at Double M Partners, LP and Mull Capital, LLC.

Prior to Double M Partners, Mark served as Senior Advisor to Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and was Chief Operating Officer of the Office of Economic and Business Policy, City of Los Angeles (2010-2011). He has also served as the Managing Director of International M&A at RBC Capital Markets (acquired Daniels in 2007). From 1997-2007 Mark was Senior Partner at Daniels & Associates, focused on M&A and private equity investments in Internet, Media and Communications.

Mark has an International M.B.A. from Thunderbird School of Global Management ('92), B.A. from University of Denver, Cum Laude ('86), and studied at the University of Michigan ('82-'84).
