Brian is a entrepreneur, advisor and executive.

His most recent endeavors include Teeology and TopFloor. Previously, he co-founded The Honest Company, as well as ShoeDazzle in 2009, where he rejoined as the CEO in 2012. In 2001, he co-founded LegalZoom where he served in an executive role until 2008. Before becoming an entrpereneur, Brian was an Attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP and served as a Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Economics/Business from UCLA and received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 1996.
